Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CoreTools. They are written in plain language on purpose: short enough to actually read, and honest about what a free tool site can and cannot promise. By using the site you agree to them.

1. What CoreTools provides

CoreTools offers free, browser-based utilities for processing images and documents on your own device. All processing happens locally in your browser; we never receive your files. The tools are provided for personal and commercial use without any account or registration.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the tools for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use them to process content you have no right to use, to misrepresent documents (for example, forging another person's signature or altering identity documents), or to attempt to disrupt, reverse the monetisation of, or bulk-scrape the site.

3. Exam specifications — your responsibility to verify

Our exam tools apply photo, signature and document specifications (pixel dimensions, file-size ranges, format rules) that we verify against official notifications and portal guidelines, with the verification date shown on each tool. However, recruiting bodies can change specifications at any time, and the official notification for your specific exam cycle is the only authoritative source. You are responsible for cross-checking the final file against your notification before submitting any application. CoreTools is not liable for rejected applications, missed deadlines, or any consequence of relying on a specification shown on this site.

4. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of outputs, or uninterrupted availability. Browser-based processing depends on your device and browser; results can vary across devices. Always keep your original files: tools transform copies in memory, but you are responsible for your own backups.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreTools and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site — including lost data, lost opportunities (such as exam applications), or lost profits — even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, which for free use is zero.

6. Pro upgrades

Optional Pro upgrades unlock power features (such as batch processing and bulk export). Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never see your card details. Licence keys are validated and stored locally in your browser. Because a licence key is delivered instantly and works offline, refunds are handled case-by-case via the contact form within 7 days of purchase if the feature does not work on your device.

7. Advertising and affiliate links

The site is supported by advertising and clearly disclosed affiliate recommendations. Affiliate links are marked with a disclosure line. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any transaction between you and an advertised or recommended third party — their own terms apply.

8. Intellectual property

The site's code, design, text and presets are the property of CoreTools. Files you process remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over them and, by design, never possess them.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time. These terms may be updated; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
